My attempts on April 10, 2009. Some arrangements give braking effect, with significant cogging, some give a very smooth rotation. Some seem to want to propel the disc along. But I still haven’t found the combination that will give enough push to keep it going to accelerate then achieve a nominally constant equilibrium speed like [...]
