sorry, i kind of was making it up, but it’s obvious that if this was feasible in any sort of way, i would have heard of it prior. magnets have never, and will never, be listed alongside fusion, natural gas, solar, and wind power, as alternate energy sources.

Your application of physics is fundamentally flawed.
If y consider the magnetic + and – forces and align them correctly on the basses of gravitation and mechanical gear ratios y indeed will be able to produce energy by connecting an alternator. Its very simple indeed and has been done all over the globe it is an emerging energy technology that has been fought for a long time but is now in the hands of the people!! I have considered all of the issues to do with magnetic fields. They prove that no such machine can ever work:
1) The force between two magnetic poles is always along a line between the poles.
2) The force only varies with the current positions. (history doesn’t matter)
3) When there are more than 2 pole take the poles in pairs and add.
1&2 plus a little logic rule out any machine with just two poles. 3 says that if 2 don’t work no other number can. These are the ways magnetic poles work.

It is actually a good thing that the laws of physics don’t allow some magical interaction of magnetic poles to produce energy. The random interactions of atoms would hit on this combination some fraction of the time. This would have prevented matter from clumping together in the early universe. We wouldn’t be here.

It is being spun by someone on the far side. The cut in the video is obvious.
Some people who don’t understand physics and can’t spot a con job when it is happening before their eyes are arguing that the machine really does work. Those of us who know physics have explained why it can’t and those who are good at spotting stuff in videos are pointing out the way the fake was done.

“Magnet motors” can never work. They are just flat imposible:
1) The force between two magnetic poles is always along a line between the poles.
2) The force varies only with the current positions. (History doesn’t matter)
3) When there are more than 2 poles, take them in pairs and add.
1 & 2 means that no machine with just 2 poles can work.
3 means that if two won’t work no other number will.
Remember:
Work = Force (dot) Distance
The (dot) style multiply means take parallel parts.

I completly agree with TreyRust and I also have a question for the builder. I am woundering if you still have it and if I could see it in person? Magnets are not energy sources. If you calculate the energy content of the magnetic field of even the strongest magnet, you will discover that it is far less than a zinc carbon battery the same size or what it took to make the magnet in the first place.
The idea that you can get energy from a magnetic field and still have the field when you are done is like thinking you can take water out of a bucket and still have a bucket full of water when you are done. It just can’t happen.

The machine is a fake. I expect that Mr. Brady gets a good laugh by coming by to see how many people he has tricked.
The three points I made about magnets are the facts. You can verify them with google. If you do a little logic you will see that machines like the one in the video are very easy to disprove. You only need to understand a few basic concepts and do just a little logic.
Imagine just one pole on the rotor and one on the stator for a start. Imagine torque vs angle for a start.

your logic is flawed, some very simple experiments with magnets will quickly show you how you can get much more movement than you put in. Much more energy than you put in.
for example just take a CD and strategically glue some magnets onto it in some sort of slanted circle formation, and dismantle a broken portable cd player for the motor and put the CD on it magnet side up
then take another CD, put magnets in more or less the same formation but exact polar opposites

after that bring the CDs together, you will notice the mounted one will begin to spin and you may simply have to rotate your hand that’s holding the top CD the tiniest bit and it will spin quite substantially more.

The energy in such cases comes from your hands. As you bring such things together, your hands will be adding energy to the system.
There is no flaw in my logic. Remember that my proof is based in the assumption that there is not an external source of energy such as the motion of a persons hands. My proof is in terms of energy not velocity for good reasons. With no external source of energy it proves that such machines don’t do anything.

your measuring it wrong though, magnets would still last much longer than a small zinc battery…

The amount of energy in the field is less than it takes to make the magnet by a huge factor. At best magnets are an extremely inefficient way to store energy. They are not a source in that you can never get out more than you put in.
If a magnet last a long time, then you can’t be taking energy out of the field. If you take enery out, the field is no longer available to you. It is like thinking that you can start with a bucket of water, take water out and have it remain full.

Lewis, if he lets you see it you will find a motor attached to the other side of the wheel which is not visible in the video. If there isn’t a motor you will not get a demonstration. I’m not trying to distract anyone from working on free or cheap energy but, this one won’t work. 2 things to remember – 15 mins. of fame via BS and for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Look at other vids and you”ll find 1/2 the brilliant minds don’t have enough sense to use lights when recording

Look close. Ext chord thru doorway. When moving camera to other side after jaws (stator) are released there is edit in filming 1 sec. before legs enter room. Look very close and you will see something on the floor on left side. Just a partial glimpse, I think twice, but my money says an electric motor. Google, “Sandia”, and see some real stuff from that ball of fire in the sky. Search what is being done with tides and waves. Amazing stuff.

By pointing out that this video is faked, you are going a “good” on the fight for low cost energy. The folks who are convinced by faked videos end up wasting their time on things that could never work. If they instead knew that this was not a path to cheap energy, they may apply their efforts to inventing a better wind mill or solar panel.
Even just figuring out a way to use less energy to do the same job can be thought of as finding a source of cheap energy.

NOT IMPOSSIBLE might be correct but not this one nor the other vids here. SIMPLE TEST with magnets for motor. Push 2 magnets together on table. Let go of one and see what happens. Do again but let go of other. EXACTLY the same force both ways. Wishful thinking to believe it will turn the direction you want it to. This same vid has been around for years. Early version he mentions shielding magnets. Only way to do that is with iron and we all know what happens when iron is involved. TOTAL BS.
